Theresa Erlandson

Theresa is a Licensed Professional Counselor seeing individuals and couples.

Theresa takes an individualized approach to counseling based on each clients needs, worldview, and strengths.

She uses a variety of modalities to help clients accomplish their therapeutic goals, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention.

She has experience with anxiety, OCD, the borderline personality adaptation, trauma, low self-esteem, emotional concerns, and relational/family of origin concerns.

As a wife, sister, and daughter of combat veterans, Theresa is passionate about walking alongside military families to address their unique life issues related to the impact of military service and war.

As a Christian, she can incorporate this faith-based approach if the client desires.

However, as a professional and ethical provider, the greatest importance is meeting clients where they are based on their own goals, values, and preferences.

Regardless of faith, perspective, or background, Theresa provides an empathic, safe, and nonjudgmental room to identify and explore any and all concerns.
