1. Do you take my insurance or employee assistance program (EAP)?
|
We take most insurance and EAP’s. We encourage you to check with your insurance prior to the session to assure that the provider you are scheduled with is an approved provider for that insurance due to the large quantity of insurance companies available. |
2. How much will I have to pay out of pocket for the session if I have insurance? |
Every insurance company is different so we suggest that you call your insurance to see how much you will have to pay out of pocket. This will depend on what your copay is and if you have a deductible. |

We see clients ages 3 and older. We have therapists that have experience seeing most age groups. |
9. How can therapy help me? |
A number of benefits can occur from attending therapy. Therapists can help provide support, encouragement, enhanced coping strategies and problem-solving skills. Therapists can also help with personal growth, interpersonal relationships, marital issues, family concerns, work stress, financial stress, and the hassles of everyday life. Please remember that the benefits received from therapy depend on how much you use the process and apply what you learn in your sessions. |
