Sarah Jergens is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. She began her career as a Recreational Therapist in an inpatient psychiatric unit for children and adolescents before becoming an LPCC, primarily working with this age group. Sarah has experience working in various settings, including inpatient and outpatient care, crisis intervention, juvenile detention/court facilities, and currently works within a K-12 school system. She strives to create a comfortable, understanding, and supportive environment for her clients, fostering a positive therapy experience for individuals and families.
Sarah works with children and adolescents facing challenges such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
