About Ellisa

Ellisa is a Licensed Social Worker with experience in behavioral health, crisis support, and advocacy. She works with teens and adults navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, intimate partner violence or abuse, and addictive behaviors. Her work focuses on helping clients explore core wounds and patterns that may no longer serve them, develop healthier ways of coping, and reconnect with their sense of self.

Ellisa’s approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and grounded in creating a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space. She tailors her therapeutic approach to each client’s individual needs, strengths, experiences, and goals, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic awareness. She also values holistic wellness and welcomes spirituality or personal beliefs into therapy when meaningful to the client. Ellisa values authenticity and meaningful connection, meeting clients where they are and supporting them as they discover a path toward healing.
