Becca returns to the counseling field after a 13-year career in the fire service. Her background in social work and experience within Fire/EMS fostered a passion for first responder mental health. In addition to developing mental wellness education and programs for her department, she gained extensive experience in various crisis interventions and witnessed firsthand the diverse hardships people face.
Becca offers her clients a non-judgmental and empathetic approach. While she often utilizes cognitive-behavioral or solution-focused therapies, she customizes treatment to each individual's needs.
Becca is particularly interested in working with first responders, but welcomes any adult client seeking support with issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
She believes that positive change is best achieved through insight, empowerment, and support, and she is eager to make a difference in her clients' lives.
Each therapist brings unique specializations and approaches to serve our diverse client needs.
