Allison Rice is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory Designation and she has 12 years of experience providing mental health and substance use disorder treatment to children, adolescents, teenagers, adults, couples, and families.
Allison utilizes many different models of therapy to help clients reach their specific goals.
These models include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Reality Therapy.
Allison’s areas of expertise include: anxiety, depression, stress management, self-esteem, abuse and trauma, grief/loss, relational issues, substance abuse, and LGBTQ+.
