Kevin R Foley is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor working with clients in Vandalia and Centerville, Ohio.
With over 15 years experience as a counselor and 30 years experience in the human service field in the Miami Valley area, he currently serves as a private practitioner working with clients with varied needs.
